Packaging

When your order is placed it will be sent within 1-5 workdays. Every piece is securely packed in as much recycled materials as possible.

Shipping costs will be calculated at check out

Shipping

All orders will be sent traceable. The buyer is responsible for any custom fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports.

Ceramics can be difficult to send depending on weight and size. If a package should arrive damaged, please document it by photo and send the photo to studio@sannaholmberg.com

Returning

You may return your package within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have passed we are not able to offer you any exchange or refund.

Email studio@sannaholmberg.com with name and order number and you’ll get a confirmation mail for your return. When the return is approved feel free to return the item you bought. The buyer is responsible for the return, such as shipping costs and making sure it returns in the same conditions in its original box that you received it in. 

We recommend you to return it with a trackable service. Any lost items during return shipping will not be compensated for.
